The use of cell manufacture techniques enable us to meet most customer requirements, whether it be a one off run of 50 units, or 500 units a week. This flexible manufacturing style enables our staff to fulfil their potential within the company.
Below is a list of the different types of manufacturing which are all based in house at our Bedfordshire manufacturing plant:-
Tool Room :- A fully equipped CAD/CAM tool room enabling all injection moulding and HF Welding tools to be made in house. This brings exceptionally fast response and turnaround when needed.
Injection Moulding :- We have eight injection moulding machines ranging from 22 - 360 tonnes.
High Frequency Welding :- We have nine HF welding machines ranging from mini 1kW machines up to extra large platen 30kW machines.
Sewing Room :- The sewing room has a range of different sewing machines allowing the vast majority of products to be sewn by our in house machinists.
PCB Assembly :- Each available PCB type is used by us depending on quantity, from fully manual stuffing and soldering, through to flow soldering and finally automated surface mount population and soldering.
General Assembly :- Each of the processes above can be combined together to end up with the desired products.
Product Testing :- All products are fully tested by our highly trained staff. A full log of all production testing is filed which provides us an outstanding level of product traceability.
